Heat vegetable oil in a wok. Add scored squid and onion. Strir-fry until cooked. Add content of this packet and mushroom. Stir-fry until done. Sprinkle with red chilli and spring onion.
Recipe: Stir-Fried Squid with Roasted Chilli Paste
1, Prepare 250g. scored and cut squid. 100g. diced onion, 50g. cut straw mushroom or white mushroom. 1 sliced red chilli. 1-2 cut spring onion stalks.
2. In a wok, bring 2 tablespoons (30ml.) vegetable oil to high heat. Add squid and follow with diced onion. Stir-fry until cooked.
3. Add the contents of this packet (50g.) and mushroom. Stir-fry until done.
4. Turn off the heat, sprinkle with red chilli and spring onion and serve.
