Content introduction
The first in the BSMF RECORDS presents Americana Signature Sounds series! The sixth new album from Lori McKenna, a talented singer-songwriter in the contemporary country and folk world whose songs have been featured by many artists such as Alison Krauss and Faith Hill, has arrived after three and a half years. Not only is the song and sound highly complete, but the singing voice also conveys the charm of an adult woman. This is a masterpiece of Americana. (``My Love Follows You Where You Go'', written by Lori McKenna, is included in Alison Krauss' new album ``Paper Airplane'' released in April 2011!)
About the artist
Born in Massachusetts in 1968, is a folk and country singer-songwriter based in Boston. She grew up in a musical family and loved music from an early age. He performed in public for the first time at the age of 27, and made his late debut with Signature Sound at the age of 32 (2000). Her name suddenly became well-known in the music scene when Faith Hill featured "Fireflies" and three other songs from her 2nd album "Piece of Me" released in 2001 on her 2005 album "Fireflies". This led to her appearing on TV shows and signing a contract with major Warner, and her fifth film, ``Unglamorous,'' released in 2007, was produced by Faith's husband, Tim McGraw. After that, they served as the opening act for Faith and Tim's US tour, gaining even more popularity. This is her sixth album, and Lorraine, which is also the album title, is her real name. It is dedicated to my mother who gave me this name. The album is so highly anticipated that it reached the top 5 on the American Billboard list as “Top Heatseekers”!
