Impossible to make it work when we flash the bar code to have the program which allows the operation of the camera, we are systematically redirected to taking into account our bank card. In France it is illegal to buy a product, the operating program must be delivered with and also with an explanatory note which is not in French but which we can at least translate into our language, and once again we can do nothing translate because the function is not supported. This practice is called a scam. I stop ordering because nothing works. It is better to pay a few euros more and be sure that it will work without having to give your bank card.
I received the 2 cameras. I try to configure the first cameras but the instructions are written in a language that I do not understand. For half an hour I try to understand how to install the program so that it detects the camera. I ask for the transcription in French but there is absolutely nothing. Please send me a description in French in order to be able to install my cameras or give me the link to have the description in French. Thanks in advance.
I was buying a V380 app compatible camera to add it to the existing network. It doesn’t work. This one requires to download a separate, quite annoying app asking to pay for additional very expensive cloud services whatever button you press in the app. A patrolling part and Ai recognition are also available upon additional payment only. The picture quality is quite good. It works also with the memory card. So 3*
