Came whole and undamaged, but the notebook and phamplets were missing. Thought it was very handy that they came with the flute so I was a bit disappointed when they were not included after all. Hope I manage to find it online. The flute looks to be of nice quality and looks very pretty.

Very nice sounds good compressible user manual but you have to rack your brains to understand when you are a novice
