THIEAUDIO is pleased to announce the launch of our next generation new IEM lineup, ``HYPE (Hybrid Performance)''. On our journey into the world of high-fidelity audio, we have achieved a lot and grown significantly with each new project. With each product launch, we learn how to develop better-sounding audio solutions and how to develop and utilize new driver types. We are combining all the knowledge we have acquired into the new HYPE series. As its name suggests, the HYPE series integrates multiple transducer types to best represent innovation in the field, delivering new IEMs that are both technically and sonically superior. We promise that the HYPE series will live up to its name.
IMPACT² (“Impact Squared”) is THIEAUDIO’s latest innovation to change the personal audio industry. IMPACT² is a new subwoofer solution consisting of two 10mm compound diaphragm drivers arranged in an isobaric design. The addition of another 10mm subwoofer significantly increases bass power and texture, while our unique isobaric chamber design keeps frequency and pressure constant. This allows you to enjoy higher quality bass without compromising sound quality consistency.
HYPE10 uses an authentic SWFK 31736 series ultra-high frequency tweeter manufactured by Knowles in the United States, and employs two E50DT midrange and two 28UAP bass drivers manufactured by Danish Sonion. Arranged in a 4-way crossover with four independent sound holes, the HYPE10 uses high-quality drivers and is precisely engineered for Takaho Makoto's audio reproduction. The ultra-high frequency tweeter allows high frequency reproduction up to 40kHz, providing an airy and highly realistic sound atmosphere. Additionally, the combination of E50DT and SWFK 31736 drivers creates perfect transition and consistency in the midrange and high frequencies for crisp detail, expressiveness, and layering. The 28UAP series was selected based on the success of our Signature Series models. Bass from the dual 28UAP driver configuration produces extremely fast bass strike and decay, integrated with deep and textured sub-bass from the IMPACT2 system.
HYPE10 was designed from the ground up for music lovers and audiophiles seeking the most immersive and advanced sound possible. With powerful sub-bass and clear treble, HYPE10 brings out the deep roar and sparkling details of your music. With a bass staircase of almost 10dB, HYPE10 delivers powerful resonance in the bass range. However, in typical THIEAUDIO style, the bass is kept down to 300Hz to keep the overall tonal balance intact. The midrange from 300Hz to 1kHz is tuned flat to bring out the natural tones of instruments and vocals.
