[Firmware confirmation/update procedure] 1. Install the smartphone app "CREATIVE APP" from your smartphone app store 2. Pair the product 3. Launch the app after pairing. The product selection screen will be displayed at startup, so please select this product. 4. If the latest firmware is available, it will be automatically detected and you will be notified that the update is available, so please start the update.
[Note] To use this product with LE Audio, please use a smartphone that is "officially compatible with LE Audio." Additionally, we do not guarantee operation with all Bluetooth LE Audio compatible devices. If the LE Audio connection is unstable, please use another codec.
