Our products use Japanese plug types (A or B type).
Please use a conversion adapter if necessary.
【Important Note on Transformers and Adapters】
A transformer adjusts voltage to match your device’s requirements.
A conversion adapter only changes the plug shape and does not adjust voltage.
Using only a conversion adapter without a transformer may result in damage to the product.

[Pairing method] ① Remove the batteries from the original remote control ② Open the TV and insert two AAA batteries into the new remote control ③ While facing the TV within 3 meters, press and hold the "Back" + "Menu" + "Left" buttons on the remote control at the same time for at least 30 seconds and insert the new remote control. Reset ④ Unplug the device and reinsert it after 5 seconds, select HDIM input ⑤ Wait until the TV shows the pairing error "Remote control not detected", then press and hold the home button on the remote until pairing is successful
[Settings for power, volume, etc.] If the power, volume, and mute buttons do not respond, follow these steps: From the TV home screen, go to Settings ＞ Device Control ＞ Device Management ＞ TV ＞ Change TV ＞ Do you want to change TV? ＞ Change TV ＞ Check the detected TV brand and select "No" or "Yes" ＞ Select the correct brand, confirm, and complete. Not compatible with changing TV broadcast channels
