Amazon review
This is their first album in three years, released in 2004. Although it was released in the midst of a series of troubles, including the arrest of his brother Michael, it is a fulfilling masterpiece that blows away the scandal. Featuring big-name producers such as Jam & Lewis, Babyface, and Dallas Austin, who are essential to her work, her style approaches her charms from every angle, from pop tunes to hip-hop, groovy R&B to ballads featuring whispering voices, and the total length of 73 minutes does not feel at all.
The album title is her middle name, and the jacket, which exposes her bare skin, is reminiscent of her 1993 hit ``Janet.,'' and it can be said that this album similarly reveals her personality. The Japanese version includes two bonus tracks. (Tomoyuki Yamazaki)

Media coverage reviews, etc.
This is female singer Janet Jackson's first album in three years since her previous album "All For You." The title is her middle name, giving her a more personal package. Jam & Lewis, who have worked on all of her works since 1986's "Control", supported most of the songs and produced a sexy and lovely Janet. On the other hand, as a new initiative, Dallas Austin, whose lead single "Just a Little While" showed a new phase with guitar riffs and tribal rhythms, and Kanye West, currently the most popular track maker in the United States, were appointed. A masterpiece that shows off its vivid charm on a variety of tracks, from bouncy R&B to house and dancehall. NTV's "Yuji Miyake's Doshiroto" April ending theme "Just a Little While" and more. (C)RS
