This is a casual series with a simple design using nylon denim fabric, which is originally produced by Yoshida Bag and features a unique texture and deep shades.
The nylon denim fabric used as the main material is made by a denim fabric manufacturer with a 79-year history in Kojima, Kurashiki City, Okayama Prefecture, which is the only one that consistently manufactures everything from dyeing to weaving to finishing. Warp nylon thread is rope-dyed using sulfur dye for black color and indigo dye for indigo color, just like cotton denim fabric. This is the world's first rope dyeing technique to dye nylon thread, which was said to be impossible to dye. Nylon denim fabric is lighter than cotton denim fabric, and is an original fabric that combines the excellent tear and friction strength of nylon material with the unique dyeing and texture of natural fibers.
We want people of all ages to use our products, and the series consists of items that are easy to use on a daily basis.
The double ring that comes with all models is black for the black color and white for the indigo color. You can attach a pouch or carabiner to it, and use it for a variety of purposes instead of a key chain.
[attention]
The nylon denim fabric used in this product is a material that fades and transfers, so please be careful when using it. In addition, discoloration or fading due to exposure to water (rain, sweat, etc.) or sunburn is unavoidable, so please be careful when using it in summer or rainy weather, or when matching it with light-colored clothing.
*What is rope dyeing?
Rope dyeing is mainly a method of dyeing denim fabrics. Pure white yarn bundled into a rope (400 to 600 pieces) is passed through a liquid layer containing sulfurized and indigo dye liquid, and then squeezed with a roller. At first, it is bright yellow-green, but when exposed to air it oxidizes and gradually changes to black and then indigo. By repeating this process many times, it is dyed a bright black or indigo blue. The dyeing method changes depending on temperature and humidity, so it is very difficult to mix the dye and adjust the exposure time to the air, which requires highly skilled dyeing techniques.
