<1) Hold the lens with index, middle and thumb so that the concave side of the lens is on the thumb side. 2) Apply an appropriate amount to the lens surface and rub gently with the tip of the finger (about 15 seconds) to clean both sides of the lens. 3) Rinse thoroughly with tap water before wearing (or storing) the lens.
