How to Use : · Remove excess oil from your eyelids, then use the applicator tip to apply a small amount to skin. Lightly tap with your finger to absorb.
· Wait 3-4 seconds for product to dry, then proceed with eye makeup.
· Apply in small amounts to prevent product from clumping.
· Use after foundation.
