Disastrous experience with the colicoli delivery service, we are at 8 delivery attempts for the same package. 1) At no time are we notified of the delivery person's visit, not even the morning of delivery or even an hour before, or even at the time of delivery. 2) During 3 of the 8 deliveries, a person was available at the apartment but it did not seem good to the delivery person to go to the doorbell... or a simple call again. 3) When the delivery fails, we need to call customer service. Why ? To reschedule the delivery to an unknown date within the next 5 days... Fingers crossed that it falls on a day when someone is present. Impossible to drop it off at the post office or at a relay point 4) Latest excuse, a vehicle breakdown. Here again, it does not seem good to warn the customer or even to reschedule the delivery for the next day. No, you must call to reschedule delivery to an unknown date within the next 5 days. 5) Finally the order was deposited in the mailbox when it was impossible to do it the 8 times before because the package had to be delivered against signature... Mind-boggling incompetence.
