I was delighted to receive them, but when I opened the packaging this is what I found 😢 there's not even the other end, it can happen but the two pencils know weird??? Will they refund me or send me two new ones? ?

He paints really well. It's just stupid that it only has the tip at the front and not a longer mine to twist out, as I normally know. Tip everyone, the pen can go.
