I ordered a hairpin on a matte base, and they sent a glossy one😥, although the seller lists such hairpins as matte, there are glossy ones (with such a bow)... They confused the product... The hairpin length was written to be 10 cm, it arrived 1 cm longer... At first I put one star, then I added one because the cunning jum hides such reviews far in the tail, so that people do not get to them, but at the beginning only see positive reviews and make orders... And they often send the wrong or damaged product.

I'm disappointed with the hairpins. Either the quality is G, or they arrive broken, or they slip in the wrong product altogether. I won't be ordering hairpins anymore. Specifically with this one, I didn't like the quality.
