Hello , I have just received my order which is incomplete, two caps and a bracelet are missing. Instead, I found a box of pills (zinc) and a packet of haribo sweets. The parcel repackaged by the post office due to deterioration of the packaging . What to do ? thank you

The quality is really good, especially for the price. Unfortunately, it is very high and rather impractical for me as a glasses wearer because I have to pull it very low and that doesn't work because of the glasses.
