After being active on stage and in commercials, Hatsumi Shibata made her record debut with Columbia in 1974 with the song "Gokey." In 1977, ``My Luxury Night'' became a big hit, and she participated in NHK's ``Kohaku Uta Gassen''. He remained with Columbia until 1985 and released 17 singles. "Hatsumi Shibata Shingle Collection" includes valuable album songs on the A and B sides of all singles released by Columbia. An original karaoke version of "My Luxury Night" is also included as a bonus track.
