The watch left a very good impression. It weighs a lot with the metal strap and feels very valuable. It's really unfortunate that the battery discharges within a few hours. The purchase return process went smoothly. However, I am so convinced of the product that I ordered it again. Problems can happen, what matters is how you deal with them! LG to the team
Unfortunately, the screen is probably defective. I'm with the support for a solution. Let's see. Otherwise it looks nice and well made, a bit heavy but actually ok. Well, unfortunately, I can't say more through the screen.. addendum: The watch will be credited. Will order them again. Support helped promptly and very friendly.
As the description, so far great. After more than a week using the watch, my husband is delighted, I charge the battery the day I arrive and it still has half of it, great, it does not disconnect from the application, and it works perfectly, for now 100%, good product
+ Packaging - good. looks good. - users manual not to read - sleep function not working - step counter shows together 2 day step summ, than again one day. works on own way. - some options not explained and not understandable. overall - not happy!
