Ordered on 06/27/2020, arrived on 07/14/2020. I would have liked to give the product 5 ⭐. But I had such trouble plugging it in that I'm giving a ⭐ down. But all in all, the goods are a top product. The workmanship is great and very accurate, just like the seller's pictures. It would have been really nice if the clasp and also the piece in the earlobe were worked differently. The product arrived well packaged with another product. It was packed together by Joom itself. I can recommend the product and the seller, just be patient. 😉
