How to use the product: Prevents plaque and tartar build-up when used regularly. Adults and children over 2 years of age should brush their teeth after each meal (or at least twice daily or as directed by their dentist/physician). Children under 6 years of age should use a pea-sized amount of toothpaste and be supervised by an adult as needed. For children under 2 years of age, consult a dentist or doctor before use.
