This is an MS stereo microphone capsule that can be mounted on a handy recorder “H5”/“H8”, a handy video recorder “Q8", an audio interface “U-44", and a field recorder “F4"/“F8”/“F8n”.

An MS-style stereo microphone that combines a front-facing unidirectional microphone (Mid) and a side-facing bidirectional microphone (Side).

The stereo spread can be freely adjusted using the built-in MS decoder. If you turn off the side microphone, it also supports monaural sound suitable for interviews, narrations, meetings, etc.

You can get stereo images depending on the purpose and scene.
