I ordered two and received two of these cameras, unfortunately, I'm assuming due to the Christmas rush, they were delayed in being delivered. That said, the packaging was also somewhat damaged, though the items did not show any damage. I very eagerly opened each box, to check for damage and then to find installation instructions. The instructions were so very obviously NOT written by someone who's first language is English, as they are virtually unintelligible. When I purchased these items, there was absolutely NO MENTION of having to buy any kind of software or usage contract to be able to make use of these cameras, if it had, I would NOT have purchased them. So I am left with two completely useless items, therefore I would like to return these items immediately

The hardware product is very good although its neck should be longer. However the YiIot app on the smartphone is used to promote quite pricey cloud services to keep recording history, smart AI detection etc. without which, the functionality of the cameras is handicapped and even the connection of more than two cameras is problematic. For some reason it seems that the cameras even in live view do not transmit the image directly to the router but to the servers of the cloud provider from where you can watch it on your phone and even the sd card recordings are first chanelled to the servers and from the servers to the mobile phone app. Then when you want to see an alert you cannot unless you subscribe or the camera won't connect due to server traffic.

Looks a good product, well made and works fine. Picture quality is good and very good value at under €20! Shipping seemed a bit longer than previous products from China, but Tracking info was not updated fro about 6 days and it was already at my local P.O., so a bit disappointed with that. Overall though I'm pleased with it.

Bad seller. Bad store! I do not recommend the seller. After 1 month my camera broke and there is no possibility to repair or replace it (seller does not answer email). Do not buy from this shop.
