1 Turn the knob to set the time you want.
2 Increases clockwise and decreases counterclockwise. (5S/Unit)
3 Briefly press the button on the screen for ST/SP countdown.
4 Press and hold the button on the screen to reset to "00:00".
5 Short press to start counting, or to pause.
When the count is done/stopped, reset by long pressing the on-screen button.
