how to use:
1. Make sure your mouth area is thoroughly clean, dry and free of moisturizer, sunscreen, etc. Sweating may interfere with the adhesion process.
2. Leave the silicone pad on the oral area for at least an hour, either daily or overnight.
3. When finished, slowly remove the silicone pad in an upward motion. Wash the pads with a mild soap that does not contain moisturizers, emollients, or oils.
