Dissolve content of this packet with water. Boil until completely dissolved, stir occasionally. Pour into moulds about 1/3. Repeat the same with another flavour of Agar e.g. Thai Flowers, Thai Fruits, Coffee, Mango, Durian or Coconut Juice. Pour the mixture to fill up the moulds. Cool until set.
Recipe: Fancy Coconut Agar
1. Mix the contents of this packet with 1 cup(240ml) water. Boill until completely dissolved. Stir occasionally.
2. Pour into molds about 1/3.
3. Empty one packet of another selected Agar Dessert Mix in a small pot(Coffee Flavour Agar used as an example). Add 2 cups(480ml) water. Bring to a boil.
4. Pour the mixture to fill up the molds. Cool untill set.
* Rainbow Agar. Prepare any selected flavours and Coconut Agar in the same procedures. Pour different flavours in layers one at a time. Be sure to cool
agar in mold before pouring hot mixture over.
* One packet of Coconut Agar Dessert Mix is sufficient for one packet of another Agar Dessert Mix.
