Design features:
The first stage (D1:soft. Mainly used for adaptation and initial correction.

Instructions for use:
Wear dentures all night and 1-4 hours during the day.
Wear it when studying, reading, watching TV, using a computer or working. After use, please clean it and store it in a matching box.
It is normal for the front teeth to feel uncomfortable when they are worn for the first time. If the pain is obvious, the wear time of the orthosis can be reduced, and after the sensitivity disappears, it can be restored to the specified time.
D1 is soft. It is used for 1-3 months in the first stage.
D2 is moderate, and the second stage is used for 6-8 months.
D3 is very hard. In the third stage, it takes 5-8 months.
The calibration process is divided into three stages. After using D1 for 1 month, D2 can be used together gradually.
Use D2 during the day and D1 at night. When you fully adapt to D2, you can gradually use D3 together. Use D3 during the day and D2 at night. You must wear it every day. Usually, it will improve obviously within 4 to 6 months.
Training methods:
You must wear it even when you sleep, even if it falls out of your mouth because of your tongue or breathing through your mouth.
Once the device is put in the mouth all night, the treatment will be more effective. If you can't wear it at night, please increase the use time during the day.
Most of the time, you should keep your mouth shut. Keep your lips closed and breathe with your nose when the bracket is in your mouth.
