I recommend a finer sieve. I recently ordered one here as well. The sieve itself is made of stainless steel and is super processed. The holder is made of plastic and is very well connected to the screen. I couldn't find any flaws. I've been using the sieve daily for 2 weeks now and it meets my needs perfectly.
