how to use : 1. spray and wet the dead skin cells on the soles of the feet and heels sufficiently, and after about 1 minute, use the included stainless steel foot file (baren logo side) to gradually push out the thick dead skin cells.
2. if you spray the spray occasionally and push it out additionally after 30 seconds to 1 minute, even thick dead skin cells will be removed well.
3. use the back of a stainless steel foot file (fine side) to gently push away any remaining dead skin cells, then wash with a wet wipe or water, dry, and finish by massaging with cream. however, you should not continue to push or push too hard on an area where dead skin cells are easily pushed away.
