How to use the product: This product is not effective on the scalp or nails. Athlete's foot and ringworm: Take daily for 4 weeks. Wash the area thoroughly and dry it thoroughly. Apply a thin layer of product to the affected area twice daily (morning and evening) or as directed by your doctor. For children, use the product under adult supervision. Athlete's Foot: Pay special attention to the space between your big toes. Wear shoes that fit well and are well-ventilated, and change your shoes and socks at least once a day. To prevent athlete's foot, apply 1-2 times a day (morning and/or evening). Apply to skin around nails and cuticles.
