Ordered the item on 4 Oct, they got shipped on 6 Oct, arrived on 14 Oct, to SE Europe. The mask is very soft, comfortable, and does what it says it does. Firstly you need to plug them into your computer's USB port so they could charge. After having them fully charged, you simply turn on the Bluetooth option on your phone or computer, find the Eye Mask on the list of devices, press to connect, and then turn on whatever you want to listen to, either in some player or on YouTube. Easy to use, comfortable to wear, doesn't disturb your sleep/relaxing time.
Great idea for travel/holiday. base/sound brilliant. sound is good for listener but not troubling for person sitting next to.thank you

Everything works, but lying on your side is just as bad as with normal headphones
